Founder and Owner of Fierce. A Mum to two young children, Anita understands the daily challenges women face in their day-to-day life and has made it her mission to help women and men in their journey for strength and resilience.

It's difficult to be resilient, confident, able to look after family, do what you would like your body to do whilst feeling drained of energy. I set out to create a line that is not only a high protein delicious snack, but also that is helpful to you. Helpful to your body and energy, immunity levels. I want people to feel Inner Strength.
I want people to be resilient, confident, able to look after family, do what you would like your body to do, with energy, with strong bones, with strong immune systems, with strong minds and being happy that we are taking care of ourselves.
I set out to create a
delicious and premium nutrient bar range
that not only uses a sustainable source of plant protein and is gluten free and vegan, but also that helps us to get the minerals we need to be helpful. Helpful to your body and energy, immunity levels.

Our founder, Anita Barnes, once believed she was suffering from depression, only to discover she was severely iron deficient.
This led her to create a line of products that focus on nourishing the body and empowering the spirit.
